Random Mushroom

A custom mushroom made based on the mushrooms from the Mario video game series. This mushroom either gives you another life or it can hurt you, which can turn you into Small Mario or lose a life (depending on whether you are big or Small Mario.) It is random what you get but it is recommended not to go for it unless it is an emergency.
