Aberration, 3D version!
I acctually quite like the design of this faction, the Rebel Syndicate! They still have the same kind of 'flat, split in two and with open areas in the middle' design, but they have an odd color scheme with shades of light blue, reddish pink and purple (that pixio doesnt has, so I did the closest I could).
The names of their ships are also things like "Troll", "Monster" or "Dragon", so I think that Aberration would fit the theme :)
