Expedition Infinity is a mod for Event Horizon RPG that I found recently and it is pretty good! The ships are balanced and blend in very well with the vanilla ships, progression isnt super slow and it adds tons of new stuff! It doesnt only add new factions, it also adds several ships and modules to the already existing factions.
